Coolest Gadget Yet

It is a great looking iPOD and it is really fun to use to listen to music. I wouldn't recommend this iPOD for those of you who just want to listen to music in your car. The touch screen controls take your eyes off of the road too often and you don't want to crash :) So It is a great looking iPOD to listen to music, the interface is fun, but if you are only going to use it in the car, get something with buttons that you can toggle while you drive. :)
A Great Portable Gaming Device
I didn't buy an iPOD to play games on. If you are just looking for a portable gaming device, I would recommend a PSP or Nintendo DS. But since I do have an iPOD, I have done tons of gaming and been very happy! There are hundreds of thousands of worthless games, but there are several games that are fantastic! I will be posting info on some of my favorite games soon!
A Great Pocket Computer
My favorite part about it is the fact that it is such a fantastic pocket computer. I want to post more info about my favorite apps later, but for now here is a quick list of some great computer type apps:
- Write up notes, make recordings, and upload pictures. Then easily search through and pull up notes that you want to look at later.
- Evernote can even search out text inside images you have uploaded! (http://www.evernote.com/about/learn_more/)
- You can access these notes easily on your iPOD, or pull them up on your computer.
- Lets you remote control your computer from anywhere in the world!
DropBox (https://www.dropbox.com/iphoneapp)
- Synchronizes and backs up your files on your computer up to the DropBox Server, then you can access them anywhere on the world with your iPOD Touch!
In Conclusion
The iPOD touch has been a fantastic device that has helped me get things organized and have some fun. I would definitely recommend one :) Stay tuned for more great apps and games!
