What is DJI Care Refresh?
DJI Care Refresh is essentially a 1 year insurance program to make sure your drone stays up in the air.
If you break your machine, they can quickly get you a replacement. It even covers water damage. The cost starts at $99 up front and another $99 for a replacement. But the cost is different depending on your drone.
So do you need DJI Care Refresh? I do recommend it if you are spending $1,000 or more on your drone. If you are just in at the $400 level, I don't think it is worth the cost. But when I bought my Mavic Pro for $1,000, I liked knowing if I broke it within the first year, I could get it replaced.
